Percy Wilson Baney, 79 of Monterey Tennessee passed away March 15 2019 at home with family by his side.

He was born March 16th 1939 in Sunbury Pennsylvania, son of the late Paul E. Baney and Jennie E. (Loss) Baney.
He worked many years at the Injected Rubber Plant in Albion and Lamont’s Fruit Farm. He loved to be outdoors, hunting, sitting on the porch feeding the squirrels & birds, while drinking instant “Maxwell House coffee” always rooting for his favorite football team the “Dallas Cowboys.”
He is survived by his wife, Kathleen (Whiting) Baney of 55yrs, his four children, Tammy (Paul) Ward of St. Cloud, Fl; Marguerite (James) Davies II of Medina, NY; Tanya (Warren) Bradtmuller of Bristol, VT; William (Angie) Baney of Monterey, TN. Seven grandchildren, Taylor, Audrey, Lea, Cody, Shane, Layla, Justin and most beloved companion, his cat “Boots.”
Also, he is survived by his brothers and sisters Grant Baney, Bruce Baney, Ruth Knight and Mildred Thom. He was Brother-n-law to Wayne Whiting, Karen Mrzywka, Suzanne Neal, Valerie Daniels and many Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
He was preceded in death by his siblings, Myrtle Smith, Mary Swiercznski, Christabelle Loss, Emma Baney, Dorothy Keister, John Baney, Raymond Baney, brother -n-law Roger Whiting and sister-n-law Rebecca Stringer.
Percy chose cremation, the family followed his wishes, and a Celebration of his Life will be held at a later date in New York.
