Hope Riley Long, 20, of Cookeville, Tennessee passed from this life Monday, October 7, 2019, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

Hope was born Thursday, December 31, 1998, in Whittier, California. She was the daughter of Patrick Long and Jennifer Stoker. Hope was a loving Mother, Daughter, Sister, and friend to all who knew her. She adored her baby girl, Rory and spending time with her. She was a very supportive sister. From childhood on Hope was an artist who expressed herself through painting, drawing, and poetry. She enjoyed the outdoors including hiking and fishing. She loved animals and shared a special bond with her pets. She believed rescuing animals in need was important and cared for many. Hope enjoyed working with children and was pursuing degree in early childhood education.
She is survived by her daughter, Rory May Long of Cookeville, TN; Her mother, Jennifer (Mark) DeFalco of Cookeville, TN; her father Patrick (Gabriella) Long of Lake Elsinore, CA;
Her siblings, Pat Long of Cookeville, TN, Stephanie Sandoval of La Habra, CA, Anthony DeFalco of Cookeville, TN, and many Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, and cousins.
A celebration of Hope’s life will be held Saturday, October 19, 2019, beginning at 4:00 PM in the chapel of Crest Lawn Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 1:00 PM until the time of service at 4:00 PM.
