Gillian Remona (Lamberson) League, 64 of Silver Point, Tennessee passed away on Wednesday, July 3, 2019, at Alive Hospice of Murfreesboro in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

Gillian was born Tuesday, October 5, 1954, in Cookeville, Tennessee. She was the daughter of Herbert Hoover Verble and the late Joyce (Lamberson) Stewart.
She was educated in the Putnam County School System and graduated from Cookeville Senior High in 1972. She was employed at Fleetguard for over 20 years.
Gillian was a skilled seamstress and gardener. She started sewing doll clothes for her granddaughter, Julian. Her doll clothes were so popular, people wanted to buy them. She was also very proud of her yard. She loved flowers and plants of all kinds. Her favorite was the giant elephant ear her son gave to her.
Gillian was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, and grandmother.

In addition to her mother, Gillian was preceded in death by Sister, Cleva Thomas.
Funeral Services for Gillian Remona (Lamberson) League will be held Sunday, July 7, 2019, at 2:00 pm from the chapel of Crest Lawn Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the West End Cemetery in Silver Point, TN.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm on Sunday, July 7, 2019, at Crest Lawn Funeral Home.
