George Thomas Lee, 66, of Cookeville, Tennessee passed away at home on Tuesday April 28, 2020.

Tom was born July 5, 1953 in Atlanta, Georgia to the late James Crook Lee and Willie Mae Wallace Lee.

Tom was a graduate of White County High School and Tennessee Tech University. He was a local businessman and founder of Kitchen & Bath Gallery of the Cumberlands for many years

Tom was a true animal lover and adopted numerous stray animals. He loved the outdoors and being on the tractor at his family's farm in the Lost Creek area of White County.

Tom is survived by his wife Donna; daughter, Jennifer Dyer of Laguna Beach,California and New York City; brother and sister-in-law Jim and Janice Lee of St. Simons Island, Georgia; brother and sister-in-law John and Rhonda Lee of Cleveland, Tennessee; mother-in-law Geneva Clouse of Cookeville, Tennessee; uncle, Harold Lee of Apison, Tennessee; nieces Amanda Lee Reed of Savannah, Georgia and Meredith Lee Starling of Savannah, Georgia; nephews Nick Lee of Cleveland, Tennessee and Zach Lee of Charleston, South Carolina.

Tom was preceded in death by his grandparents, George Beecher Wallace and Maude Cole Wallace and grandparents Clyde Lee and Ruby Sims Lee

A celebration of Tom's life will be scheduled for his friends and extended family at a future date.
